Mini Cooper Countryman R60 SD ALL4 N47 oil change and servicing

Don't put off that service. This R60 Mini Countryman SD ALL4 had catastrophic engine failure.
Sadly most of these type of issues engine wise are due to a simple lack of servicing and poor maintenance. The oil in this engine was like burnt treacle and was the cause of the failure.
